I was referred to Ms. Susan Daudelin when faced with an Appeal in February 2020. I had spoken with a few other Appeals Attorneys but none were as versed and educated as Ms. Daudelin. What compelled me most, was that she asked to see my previous court orders and had a genuine interest in my case, before speaking with me. Ms. Daudelin wanted to know what lead to the Appeal and showed genuine interest for my families wellbeing. Ms. Daudelin was upfront and gave me best case scenarios and worst case scenarios. Ms. Daudelin was able to navigate the appeals process and eloquently put our case together which lead to a solid prevail. Ms. Daudelins extensive time within the courts shows and reflects within her detailed work. Ms. Daudelin was able to navigate the hearing with professionalism, ease and was prepared for the Judges inquires and concerns. I highly and eagerly recommend anyone faced with an Appeal to contact Ms. Susan Daudelin.

One star isn't reflective enough of my opinion of Henschel Moberg & Goth Henschel Moberg & Goth (“HMG”) puts the self-interest and greed of their clients ahead of the families involved in dissolution matters. There is a high road in Family Law. Henschel Moberg & Goth turns a blind eye to the high road - placing higher value on winning and billable time whatever the cost may be for all parties involved. In Family Law there are unspoken tactics employed by attorneys to: (a) manufacture unnecessary conflict (b) engage in administratively inefficient and repetitive discovery processes (c) create ambiguous conclusions of fact (d) cause ongoing conflict that begets post decree legal counsel (e) establish "Zero Sum Games” for all parties involved The only people that win a "Zero Sum Game" of Family Law matters are the attorneys. It increases their fees to the detriment of all the parties involved. There is a better way. If you are contemplating hiring an attorney consider what's more important to you: money or family. If you only care about money more than the impact on your family, then Henschel Moberg & Goth could be the firm for you. It is a slow, painfully, and costly road to embark on. You should plan on budgeting more for legal fees than you ever expected. My advice to anyone seeking a family attorney: Love your kids, put them first, and set your sights on the high road regardless of unnecessary conflict opposing counsel attempts to manufacture. As a christian and father with family values, I would not walk across the street to retain free services from your attorneys. Mothers contemplating divorce: the same applies to you, my opinion of MHG is in no way gender specific. Excessive and unnecessary legal fees are unnecessary legal fees regardless if you are man or a woman. These opinions are my own.
