My experience with Herring Law Firm was exceptional! Most of my interactions were with David Mendez and he was phenomenal. He was never got frustrated or circumvented my questions. He responded to my emails and messages that same day. On the rare occasion it was the next day. Mr. Mendez was always friendly and never rushed or made me feel rushed in our conversations. He alleviated all of my apprehensions throughout my lawsuit. Mason Herring was truly an angel when prepping for questioning. Before meeting with opposing counsel he was extremely reassuring and comforting. He explained what I can expect. He also took his time with me and answered every single question. He took was very quick to respond when I emailed or messaged him directly. Because of the competence, quick response time, and level of professionalism, I was offered a settlement of over $200,000. I know if I ever need legal representation for a similar incident (although I pray I never do) Herring Law Firm is who I'm immediately going to. I will instantaneously refer them to family and friends for legal representationwhen needed. I really do LOVE that they now have a local office in El Paso because it makes all that more easy to reach out and it eliminates the apprehension one might have when a law office isn't local. He doesn't deserve one star!!! Awful attorney!! He doesn't responds to your calls. He don't approve you to get treatment. This is the first time and last time that I'm getting this attorney. He already has bad reviews for scamming people. He's unprofessional attorney doesn't know how to treat his clients. He also very rude. Save yourself from headaches and find another attorney this attorney isn't worth it to have headaches. Even the assistant attorney told me to call state bar and make a complaint about the attroney. I got surgery back in December for one herniated disc now I have 4 herniated disc before the surgery I was better I had one surgery now I have 4. He said that he was going to approve some treatment then later he denies it now I'm here stuck with more bills and some collections it's hurting my credit score. The good reviews that he has is people that he knows or his family members. The attorney say only lies to get away with it. Not recommended
