They didn't take enough time looking into our case (eviction) even though we were trying to explain the situation. The renter we were trying to evict ended up getting way too much extra time to move out. Also, Lucia was extremely hard to get a hold of. We've been trying to get a hold of her for WEEKS, leaving voicemails every day. Major lack of communication. Even after we sent her a retainer (which was NOT cheap) she still wouldn't answer calls or emails for days. And when she did, she sounded like we were bothering her with our questions. Seriously, their law firm should be called Kick 'em out SLOW, not QUICK. If you're looking for an eviction lawyer, don't hire them.

Horrible performance. I am a seasoned and have had attorneys represent me for cases in most categories, including evictions. Lucia did not do her homework and was not prepared for the case. As a result she made the matters worse when she got schooled by a deadbeat tenant. Lucia simply talked a good game but when I came right down to it, she couldn't have cared less about me and my rights. Don't hire Lucia.

I called today to ask about hiring an attorney. The woman that picked up was very rude to me and had no interest in what I was asking about, she told me that she would send me an email with the info and then hung up the phone on me. When I called back she didn't answer so I left a message stating that she never asked for my email address and I haven't gotten a call back. I would highly discourage anyone looking for legal help from calling this office.
