I had a Very Good Experience with Asha Heyward James, Meghan Warren, and Steven Gage. Aswell as the receptionist Cassandra... Everytime I called to check on my Case they were always responsive and very patient to all my questions. My case was very Complicated! And thanks to This TEAM, My Family is home with me! I Highly Recommend This Law firm, Hobson and Hobson as your defense for any Family Case!!!

Find some place else. This firm is too expensive, unorganized, and I feel my attorney was not forthcoming about my case. I specifically asked if I had a good alimony case. He led me to believe I did, but in mediation the mediator said both your attorney and I know there’s no way you’re getting alimony and the opposing attorney knows that as well. I elected to fight in ways I wouldn’t have if I’d known alimony wasn’t possible. But of course, more fighting means more money for my attorney. When I asked to end the process more clearly he said, “ you would be accepting his offer and letting him get away with it”, so my attorney sent back a ridiculous offer knowing that it was very unlikely for me to get alimony at all, let alone the amount he requested. It made us look silly and incompetent and ultimately hurt my co-parenting dynamic more. Lastly, the paralegals working on my case left twice without any type of notice and I had to resubmit items. The last paralegal submitted items to the court with several mistakes and basically said she would update it “if I wanted her to”… I said not to if there would be an additional charge (just to see her level of customer service because I should NEVER have to pay for her typos), she said ok, but someone must have made her make the changes… All in all, over 20k in four months only to take an offer close to what was offered from the beginning. There are several offices in Atlanta that are less expensive. Go with one of them!

I am very pleased to say that my experience with the Hobson & Hobson law firm was a good one. My attorney Asha Hayward-James was very knowledgeable and informative throughout my entire divorce process. She responded back to me anytime I contacted her and negotiated a fair settlement for me. Her support staff Meghan Warren expeditiously responded to my emails and calls when I needed additional information and the receptionist Mrs Kassandra is the sweetest person you ever want to meet. Modern day pirates! First and foremost this is far more than a statement of a disgruntled client. Absolutely disgusting law firm! The owner promised me the world in order to take a $5,000 retainer. Everything was going great. Couldn't ask for a better firm at first. After $10,000+ I expressed my concerns because it was nothing more than preparations. As soon as I expressed that I had literally spent my entire savings, at the time, it was at that point I was coerced into settling to the opposing sides demands. I use the term "coerced" because I was threatened to be dropped due to incompetence from the office over a scheduled payment that they did not process. As long as you have an endless spending account I would recommend them. However, if you're among most of us hard working citizens and do not have an endless spending account please stay clear from this firm!!!!

Go anywhere else but here. They drained us of every single dime and they still continue to take. Not only that, they’re horrible and they reassigned us an attorney 3 times! They made promise after promise but it was just lie after lie. Our 2nd attorney resigned the DAY BEFORE our court hearing. Phillip was his name and he acted like he didn’t know what he was doing with our case and our last attorney did not have enough time to prepare! They screw you around and take all your money but nothing got accomplished! Take your money somewhere else.
