Without the dedicated assistance from Kathleen Crebo, I would not have been able to make any impact on getting a claim for outdoor sewer line repair approved by my Home Warranty Company. She was able to submit a detailed summary of my coverage to the Home Warranty Company. The claim was approved and the repairs have been scheduled. I am very grateful for the help and I appreciate the professional attention I received.

Consulting with attorney Kathleen Crebo was a very negative experience. Kathleen acted stern, condescending, and she talked to me as if I were a 4th grader and not an adult. She has a very limited appetite for listening, answering questions, and explaining things to a potential client with a landlord / tenant dispute. I did not feel welcome there. She shut me down after 17 minutes even though it was supposed to be up to 30 minutes for the initial consultation on Nov 9, 2020.

Couldn't help me but preffered me to somebody the misses at the front desk was so nice and very pretty highly recommend them for any ongoing cases for a friend

Everyone at the Hocker & Associates are fantastic. In all of my dealings with them, everyone is professional, provides you with individual attention, extremely prompt on email correspondence and phone calls. I can't say enough about the attorney that is on staff that takes care of my questions and legal concerns. Everyone jumps in and helps when and if needed. I am so glad that I found this firm and got to know the attorneys, the office manager, and most of the staff. They are nothing short of A+ quality and customer service. Too bad I can't give more stars.

I worked with Brett Osborne and really liked the experience. He's very gracious and patient with questions, and follows up regularly with you on your case. He's the only attorney I've had experience with at the firm but based on his services I have a very good impression of the firm.
