We retained Holmquist and Gardiner when we were in the process of purchasing a home two years ago. As it turned out, we didn't need their services, but after a trans-Atlantic move back to the US, and a Covid pandemic and...and...and...We just never asked for a return, assuming that those precious funds were lost. Surprise! They returned every dollar, and restored our faith in human kind! Thank you! Should we have any legal needs in the future, we will not hesitate to contact you!

I had the pleasure of working with this firm during the purchase of a property. They helped me get organized, timely responded to questions, and kept me updated on what I needed to know. Thanks for the help!

We consulted with Hamilton Gardiner about an issue we had with a home remodeling contractor. Hamilton was very upfront with us as to the issues of which we are dealing. He advised 3 alternative routes we could proceed to resolve the problem with the pros and cons of each. Ultimately, we would not hesitate to consult or hire Hamilton again. Knowledgeable, direct, and always looking out for our best interests. Fantastic attorney!

Disappointing. I hired this office after going under contract to purchase a spec build new construction home. Attorney failed to follow up twice on the appointments he scheduled. I had to reach out to make sure they didn’t forget about me. I ended up closing on my home without legal representation. Charged me $500.00 for the initial phone call which wasn’t super helpful. No apology from anyone from the office after I asked why I didn’t get any follow up but they are more than happy to follow up when you owe them money…

I inquired about legal document review for a real estate purchase after several options fell through. This is the email I received from Imants Holmquist: We are grinding for a number of clients right now, all in the same boat as you. We are closing $200 million in transactions in the next three business days. We can eratinly jump for you, but it will be at our emergency rates (generally 1/3 more) since we would be pushing aside other clients, and possibly our family, to do it. If you need this, please let us know. Also, just so you are aware, most clients with transactions of this nature retain counsel weeks prior to execution of a PSA, not weeks into due diligence periods, so you are bit behind the normal schedule on retaining counsel. Clearly, professionalism isn't a priority here - I took my business elsewhere.
