I recently had the misfortune of dealing with one of the worst customer service experiences I've encountered in my life. I am utterly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and care exhibited by the staff. From the moment I reached out to their customer support, it was evident that they had no interest in assisting me with my issue.
I run my own side business, and Lu handled my employment discrimination issues competently and quickly. When facing liability you want an attorney who knows her stuff, I recommend Lu Kaleikau to every small business owner I know, now. Also during this time I went through messy divorce and she took the time to listen and offer the best advice for me, that lead to the perfect outcome and settlement!! I would highly recommend Lu for any employment representation. Oh and professional office! Lu and Jennifer worked great as a team.... so important with law to get someone that is ethical and efficient!
If I could give negative star I would. This place is unprofessional because of Eunice Colo'n. I took my mom up there to try and pay towards HOA and this lady was on lunch. We called her later and she was absolutely unprofessional to my mom screamed at my mom right away saying I told you this and that. She never sent email about payment arrangement and I do not get why she has her job. She is classless and has no control of her self. So frustrating HOA uses her she doesn't seem to have any control of her self. She harassed my mom over a question and hurt her ears how dare you Eunice for harassing my mom.
Went there to drop a check and the receptionist was very nice and she was bilingual which was very convenient for me. The location is great. Keep up the good work!
When starting a new job I asked Lauae Kaleikau for assistance with some financial challenges I was facing. She was very professional, and clearly explained all my options.
