Reviews

They wrote my father's trust and assisted my sister in settling his estate. The wording of some documents was garbled, rendering them legally ambiguous and they had to be revised. This happened more than once. There were constant delays, including both their mistakes and dissension among my other siblings, and taking more than two years to work out. Their fees are astronomical. I am sorry for my sister that she had to endure such distress. If you think it wise to pass on your assets with a trust rather than simply gifting them before passing, or designating pay on death beneficiaries for your accounts, I would not recommend Hopkins Carley for such a complex and potentially expensive task.
Excellent firm.
