I'm so grateful to the professionals at Horman Nichols, LLC! I was hit from behind by a 45 passenger bus, but the bus was "borrowed" from the driver's employer without permission. The company's insurance doesn't cover anywhere outside of a 25 mile radius of the bus company home office, but they offered me a $500 settlement to go away. Because of this offer, my insurance company refused my uninsured motorist claim. The driver dodged getting served a subpoena. Once finally served, he claimed he does not have insurance. Through Horman Nichols suit was filed against the bus company, the driver, & my insurance company. In the end, they settled out of court. From the day I was referred to this firm I did not regret it. Andy was our lawyer and in our introductory meeting he asked not only questions about the case but personal questions to get to know each other more personally and how we wanted the case handled. He took great care in making sure our requests were a top priority. For us, we had very busy lives and we wanted as much of the time investment burden as possible on the firm. We understood there may be some additional fees involved based on having the firm execute certain things vs. me doing it myself but Andy made sure we understood all those tradeoffs and just handled it.
