Howard Mandell made false claims to me in a letter dated August 2015 that he executed a will on behalf of his client - a will which was to be part of a NYS settlement. I did not receive an executed will until end of October 2017 which means the letter he sent me was a false claim, and thus his client was in violation of a Supreme court settlement for over 2 years putting my young son's financial future in jeopardy. When I tried to get the truth, Mr Mandell was extremely evasive. I believe this practice is not ethical, and I would have a hard time trusting anything Mr Mandell says at this point forward.
