I have known Mr. Weintraub for about 2 years now. I can honestly say without his help I don't know where I would be. I was charged with some serious felonies (3 to be exact) that could have given me a substantial time in prison. He reassured me every step of the way and helped me understand everything that was happening. I never saw a jail cell and was given a second chance which I highly believe was all because of Howard. Mr Howard Weintraub is absolutely amazing. My boyfriend had a case in Georgia that no other lawyer would go near because he was out of state. I was charged with using a telephone to try to buy Xanax, which I previously had been prescribed by my doctor. Howard Weintraub would call me at all times of the day and, even after his work hours at nights, and he would call me even on the weekends. It was if I were his only client, which I knew was not so as he and his terrific partner Benjamin Alper must have over a hundred cases. He insisted that I stay in constant touch with him by phone calls and text messaging. Mr. Weintraub has even told me that he wants to stay in touch with me over the years as he feels so bad over the loss of my parents and he says he is so impressed with how I have turned my life around. After court he even waited around so he could see my son and hushband. He really is just an all around good persona and for that I am so thankful. Howard Weintraub's concern over me is 100% genuine and I thank him so very much for what he has done for me and for how he has treated me.
