Besides the office women the providers are great!! 5 stars. Very hard to get in tho

impossible to get anyone to return a call or answer the phone. I had to wean myself off medication because I could not get them to pick up the phone. I loved Carol my provider but I can't get through to her. Not an office for people with high anxiety. This office should be under review from the State Board.

I’ve gone to this place for 5 years. When i first started it was good, not great my good. Every doctor i spoke to there was great. My problem is with the receptionists. They are lazy, don’t pick up the phone and are flat out rude. Also they don’t call back! I had to call 6+ times to get a call back and then they were more concerned about my attitude over the phone rather than making sure my prescription were all set. This place is a joke, I don’t recommend waisting your money on this place.

Carol valvori is awesome she really helps you I give five stars to her office manager has no business dealing with people that have emotional problems deal with carol when you need something

Glad I’m not a patient here. My family member has been calling her clinician since Monday for a refill, not one person answers the phones or calls back!! This is not the place for people with mental health issues. Lazy staff!
