Wooly’s changed the way I view dealerships. I’ve always gone to independent shops to get my BMW bikes serviced. Some have been really good. Some have been really bad. I purchased a used ’02 1150GS a few months ago and it needed some work. I was immediately impressed when Eric the service manager promptly got back to me and booked an actual appointment. After years of dealing with flakes that don’t return calls and weird egos, it was a breath of fresh air. Wooly’s shop is spotless and the staff technicians carry themselves like professionals. Eric and I worked out the punch list of items needed and they got to it. Long story short, there were a few gremlins hidden in the bike. Eric and Shaine were awesome through the whole process. Great communication and zero attitude. My GS is running like new. Every time I take a ride I’m thankful that good people sorted it out. Wooly’s team is exceptional.

In town for a few weeks at the Air Force base and since I’d been considering another adventure bike thought I’d stop in and maybe ride home instead of fly. Long story short, Tony was amazing to work with in sales and made me a great deal whilst Shantelle was great in F&I. I put a couple hundred miles on the bike over the wknd and had some questions so went back in and the service dept didn’t hesitate to check my concerns and test ride it. All was sorted out and i was on my way. The 890 Adventure is my first KTM amongst the over 30 bikes I’ve owned and it’s really quite nice. Super smooth shifter, no wind buffeting, and plenty of power. Great on and off road. Super stoked to travel many miles on it. Thanks again for an outstanding buying experience. Wooly's had the specific bike that I was looking for, listed on their website. One quick phone call, and the deal was made. When I picked up the bike, Mark was very helpful in explaining the features of the bike, and the financial dept got me in and out very quickly before my 4 hour ride home. Wooly's has a great showroom, with plenty of inventory, ranging from trails bikes to long range touring. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful with my purchase. I would definitely recommend buying your next bike from Wooly's.

I've been shopping here for some years and this week had a tremendous and timely service experience worth noting. I was in Germany the last couple of months and back in ATL for only a few days before heading up to ride NEBDR. Wanted some new tires on my 690e and the schedule was tight. Additionally the rear is a size many manufactures have moved away from. So - via email we worked through our options and the team ensured I had fresh rubber and clean oil for the trip - turned it all around on time with no drama. Great shop with everything us moto nutz need.
