Dealt with them for about 4 years and I'm shocked at the positive reviews. Slow at preparing cases and sometimes take days to respond to emails. Have sent me to visa stamp appointments with wrong H1B approvals in a concurrent case, leading to 2-week delays in approval. Have given me advice to travel not being aware my visa stamp was expired. Handled my green card application and after being unable to travel home for 1.5 years due to ongoing processing, my case was finally denied, and now I can only hope to get a green card approved about 4 years after initially starting the process. That's a long time to have to spend dealing with more visa uncertainties.
