I really appreciate what my lawyer Dr. Bill Latour did for me so far concerning my issue with the Social Security Administration. I do thank him and all of employees in his firm, the are always very friendly, helpful and courteous. Sometimes I wanted to let go but his opinion and expertise encouraging me to continue.

Edit: Yesterday I wrote the review below. In good faith I must change this review Dr Bill Latour called me personally this morning. Talking to him has definitely eased my anxiety. It can be very stressful waiting for answers and the pain and lack of income definitely increases that anxiety. Although the waiting continues I do appreciate Dr Bill LaTour reaching out to me personally it definitely showed me they do care about their clients and there has been progress with my case. Thank you very much???????? The customer service has been absolutely awful! Not only once but twice they sent the incorrect information to SS office. I filed my case over a year ago and have yet to speak to an attorney. Terrible customer service

Dr. Bill LaTour and his team have been working with my husband’s case since 2019. He is a complicated case, a pharmacist, and requires additional medical documentation demonstrating he cannot perform the intense neurological and higher brain functioning skills required of a hospital pharmacist. LaTour’s team have consistently followed up with him adding additional documentation for each diagnoses as subsequent physicians become involved in his case. I know the outcome of the hearing has no bearing on the team but if there’s anyone who can address my husband’s issues and best in represent him it is Dr. Bill LaTour. I am extremely grateful for all they have already done with zero compensation up until this point. Thank you Dr. LaTour for representing those who need it.
