I have been very impressed with this law firm. I contacted 2 other law firms in Asheboro to assist with estate of my deceased dad and waited for 1 month for them to begin helping me. I finally gave up and contacted Ivey and Eggleston and am very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend them and they made it much easier helping us even though I was 1 1/2 hours away—using technology to their advantage. My first experience with the firm was in February of 2021, and it and all my subsequent encounters have been excellent in nature. Everyone in the firm, from CEO Scott Eggleston to other attorneys and legal assistants, is very professional and clearly highly competent. At the same time, they are very client-centered and are compassionate, approachable and helpful. I feel very lucky to be able to turn to these good people for guidance with a wide and fairly complex set of circumstances. Randolph County and surrounding areas are indeed fortunate to have this outstanding firm as a resource.

They hung up on me twice when I told them I was for sale by owner looking for closing attorney. Didn't even finish the sentence. How rude and disrespectful. Never use them. I don't get it. 2nd call. More disrespectful than 1st. What is wrong with these liars. Best service they claim. Not so much. Why treat people this way.

Julie is amazing. She is knowledgeable, informative, and always quick to respond. Bankruptcy is a nerve-wracking experience but Julie will make it as simple as possible.
