Called this firm for a serious amendment violation hoping to get some help. Noticed multiple negative reviews pertaining to calling in and having a lady with with a bad attitude answering the phone. The first few times I called I received polite and courteous service, then one day i called and must have gotten the bad attitude lady that day cause she was completely rude. She kept asking me all the preliminary intake questions like it was my first time calling in, with every question came interuptions for her, as I was trying to give my answers. Then one of the parilegals got on the phone and said she could hear everything and that the lady was not rude or uncourteous and that I was wrong and incorrect. . Long story short after waiting almost 4 weeks just to get a sit down appt I choose to terminate this law firm from my case as I didn't feel they would make my painful situation any easier with the attitude of this lady. I don't even remember her name b/c I was so upset from the call but it may be Leann. I would def consider the reviews before hiring this firm.

Starting with the first meeting, I knew that Mr. Mills and his team were going to take great care of me. They listened intently to my concerns and assured me that they will do everything in their power to help me. I was kept up to date on all developments and was encouraged to call ANY time I had questions. When I called, I was greeted with the cheery voice of Miss Hannah who put me through to the party I needed. I often spoke with Mrs. Wills who was always courteous and professional making me feel like I was her only concern at the time. I could not have asked for better representation and counsel than what Mr.. Mills and his team provided to me.

The female paralegal obviously has a bad attitude and obviously doesn't know the law after speaking with her I spoke to FBI agent and he disagreed with her as I disagree with this paralegal..

Although my case was not ultimately taken up by the Chris Mills firm, the women I spoke too on the phone were very helpful in recommending a lawyer that specialized in what I was looking for!

Didn't want to listen. Rude. I'll take my business elsewhere.
