Mr. Jackson was kind and helpful in providing advice for vacant land I own. "If you start out nice you can always get mean later, but if you start out mean you can never go back to nice" was just one his comments which I found to be very valuable. The staff in the office is also friendly and professional and a pleasure to work with.
