I'm honestly surprised at the amount of negative reviews here, considering my great experience with this company. I just closed on my first home with them yesterday, and they have been very knowledgeable and helpful throughout. If I needed to talk to Josh I was able to reach him easily through the office or by email and honestly most of the time his assistants were able to help me with whatever I needed. This has been a long and stressful process, but none of that stress ever came from them. If I ever need to buy a home again I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Also, a shout out to Roseann who handled the majority of my calls and questions without ever making me feel like I was dumb or wasting her time. She was very patient and straightforward with everything and I really appreciated it!

Please run from this awful Monmouth County real estate attorney!! I don't even know where to begin. He sent out an addendum claiming to have our express written consent without us having even viewed the document. Our calls and emails were ignored for days at a time. Josh was never able to be reached when we had an issue (which happened frequently due to his incompetence) and his staff was downright rude and nasty. It felt as if his office was actively working against us, the entire time. They added an incredible amount of stress to our entire transaction from the first day, to the last. If you were unfortunate enough to retain his services, cut your losses now! He over charged us in the end as well.

They are honestly the sketchiest people ever. You will only speak with Josh once, and that will entail him to convince why you should choose him. And you will pretty much never hear from him whether you call or email, he will not return any of that to you. Then you get his assistant, Marjorie, who you will also never hear from. I sent in money for my deposit, but we had to cancel our contract due to various reasons, and I've been trying to get my money back for the last 2 months. I just called to check up on it, and the woman who answered the phone said that Marjorie was in a meeting, and I explained that I just wanted to check on the refund and she had me on hold and returned and said Marjorie was in a conference call. Save yourself some time and frustration by NEVER using them. I don't even know how they got A+ on BBB.

I was a buyer, they came recommended from the Affordable Housing Alliance, they did not even realize that after 30 days had past, that they had the wrong contact info for sellers attorney . There is no letter head or signed correspondence from Josh Elks Esq. (if you are using them as your attorney & title company) it is all written and signed by a secretary who does not have a LAW DEGREE or Practice Law. What a joke ! I My closing took 7 months. Oh did I mention I was told I was not getting a CO to close when #9 in my contract THAT HE WROTE said seller is responsible for CO. After having to tell them how to read a contract and do their job.... finally got so fed up with their stupidity and hired a new attorney & title agency for less money.

They are a disgrace!!!!!!!They did our closing on our house and failed to get our escrow money back that was due to us. We had to go to court with the buyers of our house!! JACOB ELKES is a millionaire and owns half of Freehold Township, but yet rips off all of his customers to make money for himself. Him and Margorie Morris are in it together and neglect all of their customers!! He still owes us $5000.00!!!! He is a big scam artist, but yet a millionaire!!
