Tom Hutchison worked on our wills back when our kids were young. Now that they're grown, we needed to change our estate plans. Tom took all the time we needed to review our options, he explained everything, and set everything up the way we wanted - all with a minimum of "legalese" or confusing terms AND at a fair price! We're very happy with his work!

Chuck James is a is a terrible attorney. He was supposed to file an affidavit for me a month ago and never did. He does not return phone calls and now has slipped out of town for 2 weeks further delaying the process. As a result I have written a letter to the ABA. I strongly advise against using their services unless you don't mind being jacked around.

David Forth is a great guy and an extraordinary attorney.
