I was referred to Jay Tronfeld & Associates by a friend. Mr. Kelly Martin was the lawyer who took my case. He made the whole process from beginning to end so easy for me, which was definitely appreciated after my automobile accident. He was always there to answer any question I had, he was always willing to jump in and help in anyway possible EVEN if it didn't pertain to the case, he was very determined to get the best deal he could and wouldn't settle for anything less, and he (as well as the whole firm) was very responsive. I don't think I waited more than 10 minutes for a reply when emailing Mr. Martin. In addition to Mr. Martin, the WHOLE staff was beyond amazing. From the receptionist, who welcomes you so warmly each time you walk in the door to the office assistant's, who work so hard to obtain ALL vital information for the case.
