Their client sits and holds these properties and waits out the last homeowners to they can create an 'assemblage' to multiply their profits. So that they can maximize their profit from this area, our community continues to pay the price - these weeds are 10 feet high, easily. They completely COVER our sidewalks. This is across the street from a preschool and adjacent to major transit hub and K-12 school. It's been YEARS of neglect while they protect only their profits. We can see their home adjacent to a golf course and green space, meticulously maintained... but where is the minimum upkeep just a few miles away where it's OUR community? There are small single family bungalows that have to face this on BOTH SIDES of their home, while this client continues to ruin our space around them. I was immediately snubbed on the assumption I couldn't afford anything (without even a face-to-face conversation, or an honest evalutation.) I was also told that my issue (you know, being swindled by a local business that is so awful they are being investigated by the Governor's office) wouldn't "be worth my money." Then I was further insulted by being asked for my number for a "call back from an associate" but it has been well over a week and not even one attempted phone call. Happy to know that this is just another business that only cares about money and not about fighting for what's right, or even giving people an honest chance. Will not recommend and will tell my tale widely to anyone seeking legal advice/counsel in the Denver area.
