May 2019: 10/10 would not recommend. He does not let you speak your mind and disagrees with everything you have to say. In the court he will go against what you want and just tell the court to do what he wants to happen and does not listen to how you feel. DO NOT come to him or send your kids here. Edit/February 2020: I met with Mr. Halbreich today and I got a positive feeling that things are going work out and I felt like he was finally listening to me, I hope the outcome comes my way.
