Jennifer is an excellent attorney and was able to win my very difficult bankruptcy case. To my knowledge Jennifer has not lost a single bankruptcy case in the 25 years she has been in law! Highly recommend!

Well!! My grandmother and grandfather's home/ mine that I've lived at for most of my life got foreclosed on ,I payed 600$ out the gate, then a few days later I signed some papers and gave another 100$, I've made a few phone calls and I still haven't received a phone call back! I recieved a notice in the mail the home was going to be foreclosed on the 26th at Jackson County courthouse! Well , the landmark equity company had a silent auction and the place I called home has been sold out from under me! The specialized loan company refused 6 thousand dollars I had tried sending them , the denied the payment , also I had made payments before and they act as I hadn't, I have bank statements! But yet here I am packing my home up to be stranded! Thank all of you for the great experience!

I advise you not to select this attorney. My fiance hired this attorney for the child custody case. She had mutliple communication issues. Jennifer negletected to review requried papework on two occasions. After multiple attempts to schedule an appointment to review a proposed settlement offer- we went up to to disuss our concerns for the 2nd time. The only person we could talked to was the paralegal Debbie, We asked several times to speak with Jennifer with no sucess. She had Emailed my Fiance that she was available Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at the office. When we go to the office we talked with the paralegal, and because I refused to seat at a chair, Her paralegal Debbie called the police and had me aressted.

I saw Jennifer one time about 6 weeks ago and havent been able to speak with her since then. Her dragon of a secretary refuses to put me thru to Jennifer and will not make an appointment for me to see her, when she finally made me one the dragon lady cancelled citing an emergency. When I called today the dragon once again refused me access to Jennifer staying that she knew everything that Jennifer did so I was to tell her what I needed and she would pass it along or answer the question herself. Oh no no no no, I am paying how much for an attorney and am only allowed to speak to a secretary??? About my confidential business??? And this secretary has been to law school and has how many degrees in law? Sorry honey it doesnt work that way Jennifer either you want to be an attorney and take care of your clients yourself or you dont. Simple as that

They have been more than helpful. Jennifer and Carrie have done a wonderful job dealing with my problems. They are very knowledgeable and down to earth. If i have any issues in the future this law firm will be the first to hear from me. Thank you for everything.
