I had a 18 wheeler accident and went straight to Jim Adler in hopes to seek the best help for the case. However the offer they were able to get me wasn’t even half enough to cover medical expenses! Unwilling to put in the extra time and care they dismissed my case after telling me they would take it up and going through all the paperwork with me. Totally led me on!! I came straight to Joe, he not only took on my case at ease but earned me double the amount than the offer Jim was able to get & talk about a straight forward smooth process! He made everything so easy and really helped me get out of my situation. Definitely the best in Houston.

Unprofessional from day one. I will not recommend anyone to come to Joe Cone as his staff Vera and Joe himself are extremely rude and old schooled. If you ask them a question, they will hang up the phone on you and will automatically assume that you are blaming them. I had a very bad experience, and they need to work on their customer service and professionalism. The attorney fees were super high, and I was not satisfied with my settlement as I still had to pay the bills that they told me were "reduced" but in reality, remained the original amount. Worst lawyer firm in Houston, please go somewhere else as there are better options that will have better communication, supportiveness, and service.

Unprofessional. Vera has no office etiquette. She’s rude isn’t knowledgeable about a lot of things. Attorney doesn’t talk to you about case, doesn’t like to answer questions. He’s one of those extremely older people who gets offended if you ask questions.

Great attorney...Very attentive to my needs and extremely pleasant to work with. He will be the first person I call if anything ever happens again.
