Joel Spector is a joke of an attorney. He will not take your case to trial, in fact he has a reputation among the other lawyers and prosecutors for avoiding trials at all costs. I think he prides himself on his ability to wheel and deal with your future, rather than his ability or inability rather to adequately defend the innocent. And If You're Not Innocent then you shouldn't be hiring a lawyer in the first place, a public defender is going to be able to get you a plea deal for a lot less money, time and headache. Spector is easily intimidated, and we'll avoid unpleasantness or confrontation at the cost of your future. You can also forget about trusting this man with your money. Do not pay him a trial fee no matter what, he has no intention of taking your case to trial but every intention of taking your money for the preparations and costs of a trial that he knows is never going to occur. You're better off keeping your money or perhaps hiring a lawyer with a reputation for winning trials. And if it's a plea deal you're after, the prosecutors are going to have way more respect for a public defender than they ever will have for Joel Spector, in fact they are probably more likely to resist and reject his offers - because it is him making them. He is an outsider, you can tell by the way all the other lawyers avoid him and snicker behind his back. Complete joke. Should have retired years ago.

My family's go to attorney is a very good man my family and I have been dealing with him for well over 19 years. Every case Joel has won for us never letting us down. He is very understanding when it comes to family and the law and how hard it is on a person when having to go to court. My family and I trust Joel and have never ever had any other attorney for are court hearings. Joel goes above and beyond to help people and family's in court I myself use Joel just like my father when I've had to go to court. One of the best in the Orlando area. And he does pay plans to work with you. If you find yourself in trouble and need a attorney Joel is your man to go to. He is in my mind a trial Pro.
