John C. Postelli Law Office

This firm is an absolute joke! They don't process payments and hold onto to check for months at a time! I have attempted to pay over a thousand dollars to them for my debt and they have held onto the checks for months. I finally had to cancel the checks. They dont answer the phone and they dont return calls. They are always closed for something or another and are never available. When I called inquiring about my 750 dollar payment the receptionist acted like she never saw it. I told her I cancelled the check if that was the case (I dont want a 750 dollar check floating around in the mail system) the law office then returned my check to me 3 days later saying they had just received it the same day I called. What a bunch of bologna. They dont take your money they hold it. This law firm is an absolute scam!

As shady as they come. The garnished my bank account without any notice that there was even a hearing. I'm currently very I'll and haven't worked in a year. They took my children's grocery money for some stupid old medical bill. Again without any notice.
