John Cappellini Attorney At Law

I wish I could rate zero. John was supposed to be representing both us and my fiance's brother in buying his home. He at first said he could, and that it would be a simple process. Over the course of our time working with him however, he would seldom reply to any of the women in the email chain, including our lenders, which immensely slowed our entire process down. When confronted about his behavior, John became hostile, and even more distant. He told us we would need the title search and survey, said he would order it, then told us it would take about 3 weeks. Then today we come to find out he never even ordered it. At this point our lenders have found a new lawyer to represent both us and our seller, who already had the title search ordered on rush with proof of the order. We went into this process already nervous about John, because we have heard from numerous people that he was slow, and unresponsive, but I could have never imagined this. Save yourself the time he made us waste, and go with someone else if you're trying to close on your home!

If you want a lawyer that wastes your time and never returns your phone calls or e-mails, John is your guy. I tried hiring him over the summer to help me with getting my fathers will probated, he told me he was sending out the retainer paperwork and he never did. He had told me he was also going to get started on sending things in and filing for probate, which he also never did. Honestly isn't even deserving of 1 star.

John helped my wife and I through the purchase process of our new home. He did an excellent job of keeping us up to date on the the status of our closing and made the process easy and pain free! I'd highly recommend John and his services.

Didn't call me back. Not slander, I called and left a message after a real estate buyer tried to get out of the purchase on my home and I never was called back by Mr Cappellini. I did get a call back Mr. Pekarek.

He does not return calls.....
