I am a new patient of this office, but I feel I can still give an informative review based on what I have experienced thus far. It isn't easy to get an appointment here, you must be referred with medical records, but hey I respect that, at least they won't just take any Joe Schmoe who says " I gots an owie, I need pain medication." Still, after being approved for an appointment, they discuss what you might need to accomplish better health, albeit physical therapy, counseling or even medication. Then, there are still more hoops you have to jump through if you require medication. I respect that too. I didn't at first but then I realized they are just following government mandated protocol. They do, in fact, follow it to the letter! And that is respectable. Five months into my treatment here, I can honestly say that my quality of life has vastly improved and I am thankful for that. They really do care at this office. If it seems like it's a little rough what they expect from you to be treated, please research what is expected of THEM by the FEDS, then you will realize that they are just doing their jobs.

It’s sad that you call a doctors office to make an appointment, and was told can’t make an appointment until we receive your medical records from the referring office. I told her I have NEVER heard of that before., she said yes we need them before we can make an appointment. Was that to discourage someone from making an appointment at that office. I work in healthcare , which she failed to realize, that is not how it works… you make an appointment first, then you retrieve those documents… that was discouraging and horrible to say that to a customer trying to get treatment and also heard someone in the background giving her the advice to convey to me. I was shaking my head in disbelief… If your trying to discourage people from coming to your office for PT , just tell them your not excepting patients… Dr. James Bonner MD - Physical Therapy office, my son has a torn Achilles and in need of PT.

The worse place ever i wouldn’t allow them to care for my dog. Unorganized, unprofessional, and none of the staff seem to be informed of the same information. If you can make a trip to a reputable place i would. Trust me. They’ll leave you in pain and waiting for help. And they don’t know how to talk to people. Treat everyone as if their trying to get high. Regardless of what you mri or any form of test shows. Their lack of care and bedside manner is more than disturbing. This place should be stripped of all licenses and shut down!!!!

This place has the worst patient care I've ever seen. I've been to countless doctors, inpatient, outpatient, hospitals...you name it I've been there. Every month my mother has a problem with them not calling the insurance company, not contacting the pharmacy properly, and she even is having a hard time getting into labcorp to do a test because they told her to just go there and do it, and failed to mention she needed a prescription and probably should have even made an appointment. And thats after failing to tell her she even had to go to labcorp for her new insurance company. Insurance paid for the first month w/ no problems, & im sure they told the Dr they were gonna want labs done the next month when they spoke for the prior authorization. But these people here, they don't inform my mother she needs labs until its finally the day to go pick up her 2nd prescription she already waited 3 days for. They literally won't tell you if you need authorizations, labs, tests, or anything until you go to the pharmacy thinking your getting your medicine, and BAM! A big screw you buddy! "Oh yeah, you need to go to labcorp." Had allllll month to her know and she could've had it done just in time to receive her meds when they run out, like she's SUPPOSED TO. 7 surgeries on her spinal cord over the years, and she has to sit here like a J.O. waiting for lab results. And this is all just this month. The things shes dealt with over the years, even after the fired the "bad seed" they had working in the office/reception/billing area. It seems they're another bad seed in her place. And when you complain to the doctor that your being mistreated, they say they try to talk to them and get it straightened out but all they're worried about is almkst having enough money to retire and sail their new yacht down to key west and drink the rest of their life away on the beach. And its so difficult getting into these places that she's afraid to leave. They just think their patients are junkies jonesing for their meds like pigs, when in reality the doctors who prescribed them in the 90s told them it would be ok and they followed doctors order's. How else do you get out of pain with rods and pins all up & down your spine? They must just be so miserable with their personal lives they come and take it out on people at work. Don't get me wrong, the doctor's great and actually cares and are just following the law and/or standard procedure, but the people in the office in support of the doctor for the patients are literally evil. Maybe its just 1 person, but idk that seems kind of odd 1 little woman can make such a problem.
