I am so happy to be writing this review that John got my case dropped essentially! I have been going to court for over three years for a DUI and yes it was very tedious taking off work and going back to court every few months but it was no fault of our own wake county is just painfully slow at getting things done…anyways he was positive the whole time and made me feel confident it was worth the battle to keep showing up and keep wanting to try to fight it and it FINALLY paid off! I honestly hope I don’t have to use his services again (no more getting in trouble for me in the future lol) but I will absolutely recommend him 10/10!

One of the best lawyers in Raleigh NC ! He represented my nephew Grover Edwards on a felony gun charge and he was marvelous .. Always puts the client first! NEVER GAVE UP TOOK IT TO TRIAL AND WE RECIEVED A NON GUILTY VERDICT! I would definitely recommend! THANKS AGAIN !

John I have not used you in 15 yrs and know your compassion for what you do. Unfortunately I have gotten in a pinch and my first thought was to call the best lawyer I know. Sorry about the negative reviews you recieve Every situation is a little bit different and I know some don’t always go in a certain person’s favor but I have referred you to many people. I know you are the man and are compassionate about what you do and will be in touch with you Monday for my next case. Keep up the great work. He has always shot me straight forward on best and worse outcomes before asking for a retainer. And by the way, many lawyers, don’t have somebody like James. Taking the time to constantly answer questions on the phone just good luck finding another lawyer that goesto that much trouble.
