Unprepared, unresponsive, the list goes on.. - Multiple occurrences of waiting up to a week before he'd get back to me. - Changed defensive THE NIGHT BEFORE COURT. - Accounting errors and questionable charges on itemized invoice (ex. such as a charge for use of personal USB drive?) - Every time I spoke with him it felt like he wasn't even listening. Hired him on a recommendation. Never again. It was my first time hiring a lawyer and everything felt so sloppy and last minute despite having months in advance to work. To this day I have no idea what I even paid for. If you're looking for a lawyer who will actually care in the slightest, I highly recommend going literally anywhere else.

He’s never prepared, his facts are mixed up & wrong, & he seems money hungry. I don’t know how he’s still getting business. Thankfully my best friend who was facing 10 yrs in prison, had such an understanding, fair, judge Yadira Rein. Without her as the judge I think she’d be going to prison due to John’s lazy job as a paid lawyer!

John did an excellent job on my case which resulted in a not guilty verdict from the judge. Would highly recommend John if you needed representation.

I was being prosecuted for coming to the aid of another person and had never been in trouble like this before. I caught 2 misdemeanor that would completely derail my planned employment future as result. JMC met with me in person immediately not passing it off on a paralegal and saw that I was not what you would call a bad guy. Simply someone being railroaded by the police because of them not doing their job and actually getting the full story and believing 2 people that lied just to avoid Domestic Violence charges of their own. I would have been completely screwed as I had no knowledge of the other 911 calls that showed that they had lied and pointed the finger at me. My future would have been over if it hadn't been for JMC. He found the other callers and got all my charges dismissed! If you want a bull dog lawyer that will fight for you as if he was for himself then call him. All he asks is that your honest with him and show up when you need to.

I retained John Two years ago, Oct 2o11 right after I was pulled over for my third DUI. John seemed to be a smash mouth shark of a lawyer, which is what I wanted. Once the money changed hands it seemed as though he did not care about my case at all. I never heard from John regarding updates on the case, what he was doing for ME, and what he was doing to try to get this case dismissed or reduced. As time went by, nothing changed! I went to court date after court date and nothing was coming to fruition with my case. It seemed that he had no plan of action. I feel like he came up with ideas a minute before we went into the court room. His punctuality was terrible. Late for court dates, late for meetings at his office. Overall just careless. Remember that your lawyer works for you! You are paying for his service. make sure that your lawyer understands that.. JOHN DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THIS. He is unprofessional in all aspects of the word!
