Shysters of Sacramento Public Defenders office are Sarah Bannerman for one. I thought she was a great attorney until she intentionally railroaded my case. She changed the DA's offer from 8 days to 120! She dragged out valuable time by not getting video evidence that would have helped my case. All this done maliciously with extreme bias and prejudice. I was attacked for zero reason other than someone asking them to attack me over lies, and slander. Illegal favors they do for each other. An evil Karen lied and slandered my name and these attorneys believed what was said because of course I'm black and she is white. The Sacramento Public Defenders protested about two years ago advocating for more support in favor of being able to provide adequate legal representation for their clients. It was staged, fake and a fraud. They have been abandoning their clients, manipulating the DA's offers, etc. They are the true criminals for not upholding the law they claim to represent. They are nothing more than a group of criminalized bought attorneys that need to be exposed for the illegal acts they commit against unsuspecting clients who are told they can trust these frauds. Shysters all the way, not all of them but enough of them to be investigated.

I was told awile back that the public defenders office would support me with my certification of rehabilitation. My crime was 21 years ago the office sent me the proper paperwork I have filled it out and have all the proper documents. This is huge to me to accomplish this and now the office doesn't answer any phone calls or have their lobby open. I tried to submit my own paperwork to the court house and everyone looked at me with a blank stair not knowing how to put this on the calendar. I have tried to contact the office over 30 times and no one answer and I get disconnected.

15 appearances, 2 private attorneys, and two and a half years later set for trial with a very grim outcome on a nasty, malicious DUI charge, I got the blessing of having the public defender's office assigned to my case. Many people think that the public defender's office exists simply as a formality to pretend to defend the accused, and as far as the Sacramento Public Defender's office is concerned, boy are "many people" wrong. With unmatched patience and genuine determination, the world class efforts of Caitlin Bayly and her supervisor shifted my life back on track. I couldn't have paid for better service, attention to detail, dedication, and valor, even if I tried. In fact, I did try, with two private attorneys prior But my Godsends from the public defender's office, specifically Ms. Bayly and her sup, were the only ones successful in dismissing my case!!! Her time and efforts, and a whole jury trial, would have cost at a minimum, $25k with private counsel, but today, I value those efforts as priceless. Thank you forever!!!

Mark Slaughter is very rude, I asked him to check the body camera of my stepfather arresting officer and to also check the fingerprints on the dagger they are charging my stepfather with, because my stepfather believes the knife was planting on him and Mark Slaughter told me "I am not taking any tips or leads from someone inside a mental hospital" I told him the tip is coming from me and I am fully competent and he asked me repetitively "Is there anything else I can help you with" I asked for his state bar # and he hung up in my face. This incident occurred January 18, 2019
