Good books- I had a bad print from them but they replaced it at no charge.
The tech we spoke to was amazing. Unfortunately even pre pandemic they cannot keep accout reps. Known to underpay & give impossible large client load & large territories to cover.
Easily the worst designed website I've ever used. Half of their links are dead, it constantly logs you out when going from page to page, it shows you what books you've bought but makes it impossible to actually access them. Complete garbage. Must be giving kickbacks to professors or something to stay in business.
Don't know this place but showed up on my credit card with a charge not to happy.
A particularly evil corporation, business model is based on controlling the supply of human knowledge.
