Got served with a court date being sue for a debt that I wasn't aware of by a company that I hadn't done business with in three years. There was no other contact with me prior to this. When I called them to try and find out the details I got a foreign call center with a lady speaking such bad English that I had to hang up. Called back 2 more times and got her and 1 time getting someone else who wasn't much better. You'd think they would use someone who could speak English if they wanted to communicate

I gave one star as it does not allow a zero! I have been dealing with this firm for quite some time and have provided documents that prove my debt was paid to the company they are collecting for and still they sent a garnishment. It's really sad that debt collectors/law firms are so dirty! They disregard the proof of payment. Shame on you for what you're doing to all the a e people that really are trying! I have contacted an attorney so we will see what happens. Beware if dealing with this firm they are very dishonest in my opinion!

I received a summons for court in Shoshone county for a suit filed by this law firm. I contacted them to find out the break down of the amount. They are more a debt collection company than an actual law firm. I was expecting a more professional experience. It is a credit card account I entered into in the state of California while residing there. Obviously Idaho courts have no jurisdiction over California contract law, but when I asked questions the "Parallegal" at this office could not provide any actual laws stating they could sue out of jurisdiction. I find it bad faith lawyers not licensed in the state of California would knowingly represent a case they are not licensed to represent in that state. Even when I asked to speak with one of the lawyers actually representing my case, I was denied. This place is really a joke. They file small claims suits hoping people won't respond and the court automatically orders a judgement in their favor, then they can garnish your wages. Poor form Johnson Mark LLC.

I received a whole discovery of someone else's with all their personal info which means my discovery with all my personal info was mailed to someone else in another state which means my personal info has now been breached due to the 3 lawyers negligence who all 3 signed these papers. I will be filing a complaint with the bar association on all 3 lawyers
