RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I was only able to pay a small payment and it was nice that they agreed until I missed a payment due to a accident and ended up in the hospital. I made a payment the next month but shortly after they took the final steps and started garnishing my pay. Right at Christmas time! Things have been so hard for my kids and I already and this just made it so much worse. No one in their company told me how big of a deal it would be to miss a payment. I felt set up! The company really needs to inform their customers about how this works instead of having to learn the hard way. Had to pull my kids out of all activities, no birthday gifts for my girl turning 15, using food banks because we can't pay for groceries, etc. Not like they care. I'm in collections because of Covid and losing a good job because of it. I used credit cards to gets by and now this company has come after me. Now per the law taking 25% of what I make. Making it impossible to get by. The only company I've ever dealt with that took things this far and didn't work with me like others. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!

I would like to give a 5 star review to this company and it's customer service. It is one of the best companies I've dealt with. They are helpful and very understanding. A big shout out to Marem Esther, she is an amazing customer service representative. She definitely should receive acknowledgement.

Anu was absolutely amazing! She called to collect a debt, but unlike many others I’ve spoken with, she was super sweet, kind, and understanding throughout the conversation. It made such a difference to talk to someone so professional and respectful. If I ever need assistance again, I’ll definitely reach out to her!

Aman was so helpful on the phone helping me get my payment plan set up! Very kind and he went into perfect detail explaining everything to me so I understood. Didn’t feel rushed at all! Very grateful!!
