My mom and I have been using this firm for the last 15 years and couldn’t have made a better decision. John and Lou are the most caring and sweetest individuals. Most law firms have thousands of clients which whom they don’t even know by name. But that isn’t the case here. Lou is very good at what she does and she’s always been good about keeping me updated about my case. This is the type of firm you want to use if you’re looking for a family vibe because they indeed treat you like family. They truly do fight for their clients, no matter what it takes. If you’re looking for a personal injury law firm that actually cares about their clients, Sureck Law Firm is definitely the place you’d want to be!

Do not go to this firm! I have nothing against Mr. Sureck, but his paralegal (Lou) was the absolute worst at her job. Your priorities are not hers! She will make very minimal effort to communicate with you. She will not let you contact Mr. Sureck and will threaten to drop the case if you try. She made my wife cry because of the lack of communication and the amount of stress she caused us. It’s just an overall bad experience with lack of professionalism and organization. They never paid off my hospital bills, they told me I had to take care of that myself. I highly don’t recommend this place. Just to give you an idea of how long it took for this case to be closed: my accident happened in April and the case closed in February (only because I had to pressure her to keep making these calls to the insurance company) Do not go here.

This is my second time working with the law firm and great experience each time. I worked with Shandra both times and she is amazing. She stays in contact and you never have to question anything because before you can think it she already has the answers. I would give more than 5 stars.

My experience with Sureck Law Firm was pleasant, professional and simple. My attorney, Shandra Thomas, did an excellent job of guiding me through the process and made sure I got the best outcome in damages after my car accident. I was hit by a drunk driver last summer, and was in the hospital stressing over how everything would turn out. My mother referred me to this firm and Shandra took the wheel and did a great job.
