My experience with Jonathan was amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure that the transaction to obtain my mortgage went smoothly. He was quick to notice any details in my contract that would not be favorable to me and work to immediately have them removed. My outrage became his outrage and I think that he represented me well. He has a wealth of knowledge in the industry of real estate/ real estate law and his rates are more than fair (almost silly) for the amount of work he puts in on behalf of his clients. He is a quality attorney. If I had to chose one area where Jonathan excels the most as an attorney, it’s an area where most attorneys are lacking: constant communication. Being a first time home buyer is terrifying. With that being said, there was never I time where Jonathan did not answer his phone or email (day, night, weekend or even holiday) immediately or with in few minutes. He was extremely valuable in his communication because I never felt completely alone in this complicated process. Words cannot really express how thankful I am to Jonathan for representing me effectively and holding my hand through the entire process. I love my new house!!!
