Great! Reception was very friendly. They worked me in at the last minute despite a full schedule. Dr. Rogers and Dr. Bomeli were both easy to talk to. I had a tonsillectomy (as an adult).
If you have any ENT issue, this is the place to be seen. This very well run practice is headed by leading physicians in ENT. Dr. Golde is expert in ENT issues of all kinds and will work collaboratively to get to the best solution. He brings that rare quality of great clinical thinking combined with a bedside manner filled with compassion and humor that will get you to the solution you need. This practice is best in class; highly recommend.
Dr Mickelson may be one of the top individuals in his medical field, and his range of knowledge, work on investigative studies and techniques etc all point to that, but his patient skills are very poor and the business practices of Advanced ENT falls below those of peers. Examples include: 1 It would not be an exaggeration to say around half of my time in consultations were spent with him writing notes and not communicating. 2 I value tremendously a specialist who is frank and direct. However, there is a clear line between this and communicating with patients with an attitude of indifference. 3 Despite multiple letters questioning charges related to a surgery he cancelled (over-ruling his anesthesiologist in the process) and even offering to return unused, unopened products that Advanced ENT sold me, they do not respond to requests for a written answer and continue to issue bills.
Dr. Lyn rushton( Audiologist) has least respect for you. The front desk person was very uncooperative. Dr. Rushton is strongly opinionated person who does not want to listen to your problems. Please stay away from this practice if you don't want to be disrespected.
Awesome office! Overly helpful. I can't say enough good things about the help I received from the front desk, physicians, and audiologists!
