THIS PLACE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY WANT TO ARGUE WITH YOU INSTEAD OF TELLING YOU THE PROBLEM. I HAVE NO PROBLEM PAYING THE MONEY THAT IS OWED, WHICH I DID NOT EVEN KNOW I OWED IT. I JUST SPOKE TO THE ORIGINAL PERSON WHICH IS CHECK AND GO AND THEY STATED THEY HAVE MY WRONG INFO ON FILE. I ALSO CALLED THE COLLECTION AGENCY WHICH SAID THEY HAVE BEEN SENDING NOTICES TO THE WRONG ADDRESS IN 2014 AND THAT THEY HAVE MY WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS. I DO NOT LIKE BEING TALKED TO LIKE THAT OR THREATENED!!! YOU DO NOT HAVE GOOD COLLECTION SKILLS OR CREDITOR SKILLS OR JUST PLAIN OUT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT AT ALL.
