I am very grateful to him. He was always very clear and guided me every step of the way in the details of the sale. Jorge also knew many clients who were real estate investors, and was able to show the house quickly to these clients which facilitated the sale. Jorge was our agent during the sale of our rental unit at The Pointe at Galloping Hill. He educated us on the market at The Pointe and helped us develop a plan to sell our unit while being tenant occupied. We were impressed by his sensitivity to our tenant's needs while selling the unit and hosted back-to-back days of open houses to show it to as many people as possible. We received a competitive offer after the first weekend and were under contract within the first week of listing the property. We had a complicated and drawn-out closing caused by issues with the buyer's lender and some inspection concerns, but Jorge guided us through everything.
