DO NOT HIRE WILLIAM (Bill) BASKIN For someone who has been in the real estate world for years, I have never encountered such an unprofessional attorney. From the way he spoke to and treated the attorney on the other side of the deal to the real estate professionals, to the lack of communication with his client and his clients real estate agent. He was rude, unresponsive, uncommunicative, and when he did communicate he was belligerent. His behavior was akin to what one refers to as a pissing match. The WORST experience ever!

Biil is an excellent attorney and a great guy. He really cares about his clients and is extremely diligent. He is highly respected and I would not hesitate calling him or referring a friend or family member.
