Joe, Lauren and staff are excellent to work with going through the Medicaid process. I am POA for my mother-in-law, simply because no one else would! Her children do not speak to her for good reason. Saying she is difficult is an understatement. Her look back period was anything but typical, including a corporation she had. At times, it seemed impossible to get the documentation needed to be approved but Joe and Lauren walked me through step by step and made it bearable.
