Was recommended by a few people so hired without out meeting. Had concern in beginning as it was hard to reach anyone at office but figured and told he was just a busy man. Once hired I was not able to reach or be get in contact again. No returned emails nor did he correct the errors in the service in which I told him was incorrect information. Unfortunelty he has never followed up and therefore just took our funds. Very bad practice and I am mot sure he is even operating a business. Calls never answered phone often states the customer you are calling is not in service , does not return emails, text or calls, noticed he emails from a few different emails. Something isn’t right with this practice. Thankfully tenant didn’t pay him directly I can’t imagine I’d ever see the funds.

My first Google review in my life and it unfortunately had to be a bad one! I’m s very patient person and understanding circumstances! Julio cavero himself is a lovely very intelligent man. IN PERSON! His staff on the other hand play dirty games all the time. I understand that he has assistants to help with his work but it is IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with Julio. When you call the office i will get 1 response out of 15-20 calls per week. Finally I am at the ending of my case and now it is the hardest its ever been to get guidance on what needs to be done to finish my eviction. I filed In march and it’s October next week and we’re still not done!!!!!He never responds emails either. very sad because if the staff was better coordinated maybe I had nicer things to say.

he plays dirty games. he never responds emails or phone calls, he does not get ready for hearings. he does not read the communications letter and denies the fact that we sent it to him or his office. if you want to lose money credibility and time call this guy

Julio is not only extremely knowledgeable he is also the kindest & professional attorney that I have ever met. He never ceases to amaze me & his staff is so friendly & diligent. Phenomenal doesn’t even describe Julio & his staff. I highly recommend him. You will mot de disappointed.

Mr. Cavero helped me with a legal matter quickly and effectively during the pandemic. Just when I thought nothing could be done, Mr. Cavero pulled through for me and my family.
