Shame on these guys when i randomly happened to stumble in one day cause i had the wrong building and law firm their front desk person knew what she was doing even though she was kind enough to tell me I had the wrong building she was the one who was smart enough to start trapping me into conversation to where after a little bit this attorney oh I’m sorry wrong term overpowered legal idiots cause that’s what all of them pretty much are nowadays came out started talking like a shark to me and then after a little bit cause I was smart and left cause I knew it wasn’t worth the energy followed me and told me never to come back again and of course the guy looked like a real winner and just like the rest of them cause he thought he was wearing a nice shirt and dress pants and a tie that he thinks he knows everything when he doesn’t and that tie I mean really seriously the thing looked so outdated it’s not even funny this is why I will never trust him or anyone like him ever again and maybe I’ll figure out how to report this business and him and just like the rest of them when they constantly think cause their legal big shots they can do whatever they want yet their messing with someone who not only has a disability but back in May was deemed in bad psychical health this is what sickens me when we let people nowadays get into positions of power and not hold them accountable or reliable period! I hope that guy learns someday and eventually gets paid back by a power even higher than him and I will never trust anyone with that title ever again cause all they do is dishonor it big time shame on them!

I have Mr. Workman, helping me with my denial for disability. He is easy to talk to, explains where I can understand all technicalities. I was so nervous going into the office, what if he wouldn't take my case, what if he wanted too much money. But he was straight forward, honest with me, I knew he was more than capable in helping me, and yes he took my case!!!!! It's a win win situation. If I get turned down it cost me nothing, but it does cost the attorney their time.

The men and women that work for this firm do the work necessary for both Workers Comp as well as Social Security. One part of my BWC claim went to the Ohio Supreme Court using a Writ of Mandamus. I don't even know what that is, but at the time, he and his firm was performing 95 to 97% of those in the state. These run over 200 pages and I don't believe he's ever lost one They've been my BWC and SS attorneys since 1980 and even though my claim has been settled as PT, they still help me fight the BWC with no additional compensation from me. I asked the big guy why they would do this for me for free. He told me that his firm takes care of its clients indefinitely. No one does that ... these men and women do it. They are by far the best in the state for Ohio BWC and Social Security problems. And as I mentioned they have extensive experience with the Ohio Supreme Court if your claim comes to that. If you are in need, make the call. Tell them Clark sent you (and no, I get nothing for referrals, darn it!).
