Any questions or concerns I had were responded to within a day, even if it was to say they were looking into it. No matter who I talked to in the office they were happy to help and communicated as a team to deliver the guidance I needed. Filing bankruptcy can be a stressful and scary process but Justin Myers made it very easy on me. I went in and the staff was friendly and engaging. Gave me the information I needed to get for them to run my case. They were very quick and prompt with responses and making sure my case moved quickly. Michelle was amazing she gave me reminders for the classes, made sure I got everything I needed, called me before I was scheduled to go in. I didnt have much interaction with Justin he just did his thing when I had to go to court and was on time. But Michelle is mainly who I coordinated with and she is the best!
