Did my closing and complained that I was lazy since he had to contact HOA for bi laws/ Also charged me extra 1g for sending out additional boiler plate contact. Also left outstanding check open from purchaser and did not follow up to make sure I received it. I had to hound him for two months to complete this. Look else where for a real estate attorney. Robert did the bare minimum and charged a premium for un professional work.
