Kattman & Pinaud

John Kattman is a great attorney and strives to help his clients in the upmost and professional manner. His assistant Daniella and his office are great and friendly people. I would recommend anyone looking for a good attorney and great staff to contact his and let him represent you.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE ATTORNEYS!!! My wife and I were referred to Kattman and Pinaud through a work-related family assistance service. We had our initial consultation with Mr. Kattman over the phone as we reside out of state. It took four months for Mr. Kattman to produce any documentation on our case despite numerous phone calls and emails. When we voiced our displeasure and that we had changed our plan, it took his office another 4 months to send us a refund check. We received $1,000 of our $3,000 retainer that we had to pay immediately at the end of our initial consultation. They finally sent the refund after numerous calls and emails and pressure from the family assistance service through my work. In addition, I'd like to add that the entire office staff (receptionist, Paralegals, etc...) seemed to cover for Mr, Kattman. He was always "unavailable" or "Oh, you just missed him". They did NOT return phone calls and they rarely replied to emails, yet they billed us for everything. My family assistance service from work contacted me to notify me that they are taking action to remove him from their list of referrals because they have several complaints on Mr. Kattman. They also had a very difficult time getting in touch with him or anyone in the office to discuss my case. I hate to post bad reviews, but there was nothing positive about my experience with Kattman and Pinaud!

Upon leaving my review I noticed the negative reviews and it amazes me that those names are "Anonymous" I am here to tell you that I was referred by a friend who had a very good experience here. I met with Mr. Kattman personally and he is absolutely wonderful to work with. Very professional with a lot of personal attention as it pertained to my case. Meetings were kept brief and constructive which saved me money. Very happy with the results. I recommend Mr. Kattman to anyone seeking legal services. Go for a consultation, and see for yourself.

Wow what an amazing experience. Mr. Kattman was very knowledgeable and was willing to help me with my case no matter what and he did! I complicated divorce turned out to work in my favor and I was pleased with how much documentation he was able to come up with. I recommend him to anyone out there!

I don't usually make comments online but this attorney is amazing. He has helped me in a few different cases and is always on top of updating me along the way. I wouldn't choose another attorney! Very professional and very responsive. He will tell you how it is and help you achieve what you're wanting.
