We are from Florida and lost a tire while pulling a fifth wheel on 81 outside of Scranton on our way to MA. We called 4-5 tires shops but they did not have our tires in stock. Kelleher tire on Market St in Scranton not only had our tires in stock but replaced all 4 and had us back on the road within 2 hrs. The staff was so friendly and very efficient. What could have been a 1-3 day delay in travel waiting on tires to come in somewhere else was simply a short wait. Thank you from the bottom of our heart!

Purchased a new set of tires there a few months ago. Great people, good information and options. Very fair. I write this because of their excellent customer service. There was a post installation issue. Upon bringing it back to them, they immediately took care of me. Very fast resolution, perfect repair. They were very responsive, concerned, and customer focused. I was anxious about the response, but they were awesome. Will ALWAYS go to them with my auto needs due to this experience.

My fiance took his car here after having it at pep boys twice...for the same issue which they were unable to fix. The car has never driven better!! Very impressed with the service...the communication and price. The mechanic came from the back to personally speak w him to explain what the issue was ..how he fixed it...and he will only be using Kelleher from here on out! Hands down the best of the best.
