I do not have one positive thing to say about Mike Kimerer after enduring several months of his unprofessional behavior during his time as my husband’s defense attorney. Instead of feeling supported, we felt completely hopeless and unprepared because he lacks compassion and understanding. He is aloof (often giving very little guidance), disheveled (wearing street clothes during important and stressful meetings) his work environment is sloppy and he is unorganized (he often forget important details about our case and did not keep proper billing itemization records) and he called my husband by the wrong name on several occasions. Every single time my husband and I interacted with Mike we felt worse (not better) afterwards. Please, please beware of hiring Mike as your criminal defense attorney. Take it from my husband and I, you will regret it. Especially if you experience an outcome such as ours where our lives have been irrevocably changed because of his ineffective counsel.

I can’t begin to describe how amazing Michael Kimerer is. I’ve been talking with him for a couple of months now in regards to potential charges I may face and this is a lawyer that genuinely listens and cares! He doesn’t rush through your discussions and isn’t just in it for the money. This is definitely someone you would want to represent you when your life is on the line!

Mr kimerer is by far thr most experienced attorney in the AZ area. He helped us with an extremely complicated and difficult case. We had several TRASH attorneys to before him. His compassion and his ability to interpret the law is head above heels. Thank goodness for him.

Melissa, Mr. Kimerer's assistant, was beyond helpful and went beyond her assigned duties for non-clientele. Mr. Kimerer was also extremely helpful, considering he is not under contract for my case. He kept it 100% real with us and did not sugar coat his conclusions or advice. He suggested ideas which were relevant and explained the purpose behind his ideas in a way which I could understand. He didnt try to sell himself and let his knowledge, ideas and connections speak for themselves. We left his office in tears, feeling hopeless... and bc of this, we felt we could trust him since he did not give us a false sense of security or blow smoke up our skirts. If I had the money, I would have most definitely asked Mr. Kimerer to represent me. As someone who has navigated through the judicial and correctional systems on multiple occassions, I feel as though I have a fairly good understanding of the processes, procedures and requirements that each entity adheres to. with that being said, I trust Mr. Kimerer's judgement, advise and methods and would ABSOLUTELY recommend him to anyone dealing with any sort of criminal charges.

Mike helped me years ago with a very difficult case. He is the very best and through it all I will always thank God for Mike. I consider him my friend. You can trust him, he is a genuine good person.
