The quick response after a deer decided to be a hood ornament on my 2015 Nissan Murano was greatly appreciated. The repair work was completed even quicker and to my complete satisfaction. Once I received my car back from the collision center, I noticed that I had been charged personally for the rental vehicle I had been given even though I had rental coverage. This was not a mistake on the part of the King & Associates, however, with one phone call to King's I was quickly reimbursed. Great service!
